Our Partners

We have partnered with the Corrigan Library at St. Joseph’s Seminary, Yonkers and the Francis X. McDermott Library at the Cathedral House of Formation in Douglaston to provide library services for seminarians, deacon candidates, and other students earning theology degrees from St. Joseph’s Seminary.
Background: As an outcome of cooperative agreements among the Archdiocese of New York, the Diocese of Rockville Centre, and the Diocese of Brooklyn, St. Joseph’s Seminary now serves as the Major Theologate for the seminarians of these downstate dioceses, as well as the sole degree-granting institution for graduate-level programs offered by the three dioceses. Candidates for the permanent diaconate study at various locations, and lay students in the Masters’ degree programs can attend classes on more than one campus. For information on the Masters' degree program, visit the St. Joseph's Seminary web page.
